Pay Rate: $14.20 - $20.60 per hour.
Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Healthcare worker you will be hired to positions titled Counselor Aide or Residential Specialist, and may assist with the following responsibilities:
- Assist counselors, nurses, and program leadership with preparing resources and setting up activities for patients and/or residents.
- Direct service provider responsibilities for adult populations.
- Provide transportation of clients as needed via company vehicle.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, patient billing support, etc..
- Adapt to program types such as, residential (Helio Health operated), in-community, inpatient or outpatient programs.
- Maintains confidentiality of all case records and patient information in accordance with HIPAA Regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- NYS Driver’s license preferred.
- Meet agreed upon schedule, and have the ability or flexibility to work evening, nights, weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude steeped with empathy and understanding for those seeking our services.

Salary and hourly compensation ranges are provided in accordance with NYS law and are based on Helio Health's good faith belief of what is accurate at the time of posting. Salary and hourly compensation offers are based on candidate's education level and experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager and program.
