Program Director - Harriet May Mills and James Street Residential Reintegration Programs

Overview

Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. In order to support the mission, Helio Health has an exciting opportunity for a Program Director to lead  our Harriet May Mills and James Street Residential Reintegration programs.

In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, Program Directors are eligible for a Sign-On incentive from $3,000-$8,000 depending upon licensure!

Pay Range: $75,000-$82,000/annually.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and provides supervision of program staff. Related duties include:
  • Recruiting and selection of staff for employment.
  • Assuring continuing process improvement and staff development.
  • Continuous staff performance evaluation and supervision.
• Knowledge and responsibility for fiscal operation of program.
• Implements Quality Improvement activities to include:
  • Recommends program standards and measurements for continuous quality improvement.
  • Monitors provision of services.
  • Evaluates program and identifies strengths/weaknesses.
  • Manages problem resolution and implementation of supervisor approved program modifications.
• Participates in Management and Administrative committees as assigned.
• Maintains program records and statistical accountability utilizing Helio Health, Inc. data systems and required external data systems.
• Represents agency to the community.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid professional License (including but not limited to LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, etc.) or Credential (including Advanced or Master CASAC)
• Minimum of five years clinical experience in an appropriate program setting.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in an appropriate program setting.       
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree in a related human service field strongly preferred.

Salary and hourly compensation ranges are provided in accordance with NYS law and are based on Helio Health's good faith belief of what is accurate at the time of posting. Salary and hourly compensation offers are based on candidate's education level and experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager and program.
