The Material Handler is responsible for outgoing and incoming merchandise to and from the warehouse. The material handler will pick and pack inventory to prepare for shipment, load and unload outgoing and incoming delivery trucks, assist in inventory management , deliver production ready material to production, remove completed pallets from the palletizer, remove waste, and regularly operate pallet jacks and forklifts while maintaining a safe work environment. The Warehouse Material Handler will support raw material movement to the production line and removal of completed pallets as needed to support daily goals.
A high school diploma or GED, with preference given to individuals with 1-2 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment, material handling, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

- Organize paperwork related to outgoing and incoming shipments.
- Manage and organize warehouse inventory in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Safely operate and maintain forklift, pallet jacks, and other shipping/receiving equipment.
- Provide updates on raw material inventories.
- Work with Microsoft Office and Inventory Management Software.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Pull and prepare raw material to the production floor.
- Assist with raw material, WIP, and finished goods on the production line as needed.
A high school diploma or GED, with preference given to individuals with 1-2 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment, material handling, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Ability to be licensed and experienced with forklift operations
- Ability to multitask and solve problems
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suites and a general knowledge of computers is essential
- Ability to take direction and work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Capable of understanding and following oral and written instructions
- Ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Criminal background check and drug screening required
- This position is identified as safety sensitive
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and traverse the production floor and warehouse
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be able to team lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to tolerate a warehouse and production environment
