The Certified Flight Instructor will provide one-on-one helicopter flight instruction for students pursuing private, instrument, commercial, and instructor certifications. Responsibilities include conducting pre-flight briefings, in-flight instruction, and post-flight debriefs, with a strong focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and skill development. The role involves creating individualized training plans, monitoring student progress, and maintaining accurate training records and logbooks. The instructor will also support ground school sessions, participate in safety meetings, assist with standard operating procedures, and collaborate with the team to enhance the overall training experience.

Qualifications
- FAA Certified Flight Instructor – Helicopter (CFI-H) required; CFII-H strongly preferred.
- Current FAA Commercial Rotorcraft-Helicopter certificate and valid FAA Medical Certificate.
- Relevant instructional experience in Part 61 training environments preferred.
- SFAR-73 R22 and R44 sign offs required
- Candidates should possess strong piloting skills, including proficiency in helicopter operations and Commercial Piloting.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Aviation knowledge, including regulations, aerodynamics, and operational best practices.
- Candidates should possess an Instrument Rating and demonstrated ability to teach instrument procedures and IFR operations.
- Candidates should possess a strong commitment to Flight Safety, including risk management, situational awareness, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Effective communication, patience, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
