$300 sign on bonus paid after 90 days of employment
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in clinic, school, and community settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA/BCaBA
- Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
- Use ABA strategies such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and behavior reduction protocols
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure consistent, compassionate care
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing supervision
Duties – Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Deliver high-quality ABA therapy across settings (in-home, in-school, in-clinic)
- Implement treatment plans as designed by supervising BCBAs
- Document accurate and timely progress notes for each session
- Partner with families and team members to promote skill generalization and client success
- Ensure a safe, structured, and positive environment during therapy sessions
Skills and Qualifications
- Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required); some college preferred
- Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children (a plus, but not required)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
