Position Overview
Helia Care is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead and deepen partnerships across its growing healthcare network. This role blends strategic relationship management with hands-on execution to ensure hospitals, surgical centers, and supplier partners achieve measurable value from Helia’s platform.

- Develop and Deliver Account Strategies - Build and execute account plans that align Helia’s solutions with each client’s goals, using data and insights to track outcomes and drive growth.
- Communicate with Clarity and Influence - Lead high-value conversations with hospital executives and supplier leaders — presenting results, managing escalations, and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Collaborate Across Teams to Drive Results - Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to turn client feedback into action. Whether it’s advocating for a feature or solving an urgent issue, you’ll make sure Helia delivers on its promises.
- Improve Processes and Efficiency - Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding, reporting, and review workflows, creating repeatable systems that enhance customer experience and team performance.
- Grow and Retain Customer Relationships - Proactively strengthen renewals and identify expansion opportunities, ensuring long-term satisfaction and value across the healthcare network.
- Think Strategically About Business Impact - Connect the dots between client goals, healthcare operations, and Helia’s business objectives to uncover opportunities for innovation and mutual success.
- Support and Mentor the Team - Share best practices, coach peers, and help shape scalable account management approaches as Helia continues to grow.
