Barista and Cashier

Responsibilities:

• Take orders and make coffee, tea, and other drinks

• Greet customers as they enter

• Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)

• Prepare beverages following recipes

• Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins

• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)

• Keep the bar area clean

• Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates

• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs

• Responsible for cleaning & sanitation of all equipment, counters, machines, floors, tables and chairs daily.

Requirements

Any type of Food and Beverage .

Previous food, beverage, or grocery experience preferred - but not required

Work well both independently and with a team

Resolve guest questions with care

Attention to detail

Open Availability on Weekends and Holidays and between 7.30 AM to 6.30 PM

Summary

As a Barista and Cashier, you will be the face of the café, greeting guests, taking orders, and preparing high-quality non-alcoholic beverages. You will manage POS transactions, handle cash, and ensure accurate sales processing while maintaining a clean, inviting environment. With experience in food service and customer service, you will contribute to smooth operations, product knowledge, and upselling premium offerings. Your role supports a fast-paced café team focused on consistent, friendly service and delightful guest experiences. This position reports to the Store or Café Supervisor.
