What are the responsibilities and job description for the Waitstaff (Non-tipped) position at Helena Pointe?
What You’ll Be Doing:
As part of our dining team, you’ll play an important role in delivering a warm, welcoming, and high-quality dining experience to our residents. This is a non-tipped position with competitive hourly pay and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. Great role for students or retired folks to make an impact on people, while also making an extra income.
Shifts that are available: Weekdays 4:45pm - 7:30pm , Weekends 7:45am-10am , 11:45am-2pm , 4:45pm-7:30pm
Responsibilities:

Greet residents and guests with a smile and provide attentive, friendly service.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.

Serve meals in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.

Ensure dining areas are clean, properly set, and stocked before and after service.

Assist with setup and breakdown of dining service, including special events.

Communicate resident concerns or feedback to supervisors promptly.

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
