What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience
- Build repair estimates and present recommendations
- Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
- Keep customers informed from drop-off to pickup
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow
- Answer incoming calls professionally
- Help customers understand maintenance and repair needs
- Deliver outstanding customer service that earns repeat business
