Helena Import Repair is expanding and we’re looking for an experienced, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-performance team. If you thrive in a fast-paced shop, love helping people, and can juggle communication, scheduling, and repair coordination with ease — we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers with professionalism, positivity, and hospitality
- Build trust by clearly explaining recommended repairs and maintenance
- Create and manage repair orders in Tekmetric (experience a bonus)
- Communicate repair timelines, updates, and approvals — no exceptions
- Coordinate seamlessly with technicians to ensure accurate inspections and estimates
- Present digital inspections and photos to customers with confidence
- Order parts, follow up with vendors, and maintain accurate parts ETAs
- Maintain a clean, organized front office environment
- Ensure every customer leaves informed, satisfied, and appreciated
- Drive Google reviews and customer retention through excellent service
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service skills — must be friendly, patient, and professional
- Prior automotive service advisor experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of automotive terminology and repair processes
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy shop
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong attention to detail
- Comfort with digital systems, tablets, and shop management software
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
