What You’ll Do
Membership & Account Management
You’ll take the lead in delivering an outstanding membership experience by:
• Serving as the primary point of contact for member billing, account updates, and benefit questions.
• Maintaining accurate, up to date member records using our Chamber database
• Generating invoices, tracking payments, and managing outstanding balances
• Leading our member retention program, including outreach and engagement reporting
• Preparing welcome packets, renewal notices, and supporting outgoing communications
Collaboration & Teamwork
As a key member of our staff team, you’ll:
• Work closely with team members to align programming and operations
• Support cross department initiatives that improve the member experience
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, service driven culture within the Chamber.

What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years in office administration, billing/accounts receivable, or membership services
• Strong communication skills and a professional, service oriented mindset
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage shifting priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
