Helen Piteo Interiors, LLC is a Wappingers Falls-based interior design firm seeking an energetic, hardworking, and motivated team member to support our talented design team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and passionate about interior design.
The ideal candidate is proficient in CAD, has a strong work ethic, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the design team with a variety of residential interior design projects
- Preparing and updating CAD drawings
- Maintaining and organizing the design library
- Meeting with vendor representatives and coordinating new product introductions
- Assisting with general office organization and administrative tasks
- Supporting designers during client site visits, project meetings, and installations
- Assisting with product sourcing, sample management, and project coordination as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CAD (required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn
- Passion for interior design and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
