Position: Maintenance Technician I (2nd Shift)
Department: Facilities
Work Location: Arlington, TN. 100% Onsite
Hours: Monday - Friday, 03:00 PM to 11:30 PM (ability to work overtime as needed)

You will ensure safe maintenance, repairs, and replacement of plant equipment and systems. You will be responsible for maximum productivity and quality in accordance with safety, health, and fire regulations.

Position: Maintenance Technician I (2nd Shift)

What You Will Be Doing
You will ensure safe maintenance, repairs, and replacement of plant equipment and systems. You will be responsible for maximum productivity and quality in accordance with safety, health, and fire regulations.
- Maintains and repairs all equipment, buildings, and facilities.
- Troubleshoots all machinery and conveyor systems.
- Uses Pick2Light systems, which analyzes computer system errors enabling maintenance to make repairs, reset faults, etc., as needed.
- Establishes and coordinates priority work projects and repairs.
- Performs additional job-related responsibilities as assigned to support departmental objectives and organizational success.
- Collaborates effectively across teams while adhering to organizational values.
- Maintains organized work processes and effectively manages competing priorities.
- Effectively communicates ideas, information, and recommendations through presentations.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proficient in WCS, DMS, BHS, conveyor PM, and MHE Systems.
- 2 years related experience or technical training.
- Stocks and organizes products, including fragile items, safely and accurately.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like walking, bending, and stooping.
- Ability to review and process shipping documents.
- Supports process and logistics improvement initiatives.
- Follows established safety guidelines and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) systems.
