POSITION OVERVIEW

Helen Jon is seeking a highly detail-oriented and dependable Product Fulfillment Team Member to join our fulfillment and stockroom team. This is a very important hands-on, on-site role focused on daily order fulfillment, stockroom organization, receiving product, managing returned product, maintaining inventory accuracy, and product care.

This position works closely with another full-time fulfillment team member, as well as our Customer Service and Production teams, to help keep daily operations organized and accurate. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced small-team environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

This role is best suited for someone who loves being organized and doing hands-on work, who thrives on taking responsibility for accomplishing tasks and showing up as a valuable team member, who can stay positive during repetitive or busy periods, enjoys paying close attention to small product details, and understands the importance of accuracy, organization, and clear communication within a small fulfillment and stockroom team.

Daily priorities may shift depending on order volume, receiving needs, returns, inventory counts, and seasonal product flow, so adaptability and communication are important.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work collaboratively with the fulfillment and Customer Service teams to manage daily and weekly priorities
• Prioritize tasks independently while staying aligned with team needs and changing daily deadlines
• Pull, document, package, and prepare both wholesale and direct-to-consumer orders with accuracy
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and clean stockroom
• Assist with consolidating depleting inventory and preparing the stockroom for new seasonal product
• Maintain inventory of packaging and shipping supplies
• Receive, count, and organize incoming product shipments
• Communicate with the LA-based Production Team to confirm product receipts and note any variances, damages, or quality concerns
• Inspect, repackage, and return eligible inventory to stock
• Review product carefully for small marks, color differences, damages, SKU accuracy, and other quality or inventory concerns
• Identify and communicate product discrepancies, damages, inventory variances, or fulfillment mistakes in a timely and solution-oriented way
• Take initiative to help correct mistakes and understand how accuracy and organization support an efficient fulfillment process
• Assist the Customer Service team with physical inventory counts and related inventory processes
• Review ATS and physical inventory data to help identify discrepancies
• Support ongoing fulfillment and stockroom workflow improvements and make suggestions when opportunities arise

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
