ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
All matters listed herein are considered to be essential job functions. There may be other job functions, which are essential but are not listed below. Also, Helados La Tapatia, Inc. may revise this description at any time deemed necessary. Some of the responsibilities are:
Ability to calculate customer orders, maintain proper billing and keep all paperwork updated.
Delivery products to our customers, clean up bunkers or freezers, rotate the product, post any pricing, exchange damaged products, take inventory and place an order.
Inspect every customer's Freezer, bunker, or cold boxes for the inventory of the product and perform merchandiser.
Ability to collect money from customers with past invoices, and insufficient funds Checks not charge.
Follow up with customers to do orders of products, fill out the cold boxes, freezers, and bunkers with the product. Maintain Product Rotation.
Complete all the paperwork required printed by a handheld computer or manual invoices.
Maintain an updated date from truck inventory daily, and weekly.
Open new accounts of stores, markets, or chain stores. Introduce a company freezer and fill out a customer contract correctly.
Be able to provide a correct presentation of the HLT Product line. Monitor and negotiate prices from your customers.
Learns how to listen to and resolve service complaints. Places stock on shelves or racks.
Able to collect or pick up empty bunkers, or pick up unsold merchandise due to damaged products.
Be able to complete all necessary paperwork required by company policies or governmental regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
