Job Title: Institutional Sales Support Associate

Contract to hire

Chicago, IL or Columbus, OH – 5 days onsite

Job Summary:

The Institutional Sales Support Associate provides high-level service and operational support to institutional clients and sales teams. This role serves as the key liaison between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely handling of onboarding, documentation, trade processing, and funds movement. The associate will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and help enhance client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for institutional clients and internal partners, resolving inquiries and escalations.
• Support client onboarding, account maintenance, and documentation review for accuracy and compliance.
• Process and verify trades, settlements, and funds movement across platforms such as Pershing NetX360 and Bloomberg TOMS.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of investment products, liquidity services, and internal procedures.
• Identify and drive opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Investments or Financial Services; broker-dealer experience preferred.
• Strong client service, operational support, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
• Experience with institutional clients, fixed income products, Pershing NetX360, and Bloomberg TOMS preferred.
