Heist Brewery in Charlotte, NC is looking for one server to join our 61 person strong team. We are located on 2909 N Davidson St Suite 200. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Setting the table
- Presenting the menu and helping customers select food
- Delivering food to tables
- Delivering a great customer experience
- General knowledge of our beer and menu
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
- Keep stations and tables clean and tidy at all times
Qualifications
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Experience as a Server, Waitstaff or Customer Service a plus
