What You’ll Be Doing:As a line cook at Heist Brewery, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, following recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout service.
- Assisting with food prep and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
We’re seeking candidates who bring energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or similar culinary role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Spanish language skills are a plus!
