Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned to the highest standards, contributing to the overall appearance and cleanliness of commercial properties. This role requires working at various heights and using specialized equipment, including scissor lifts, to achieve optimal results.

Duties

• Perform window cleaning duties for commercial buildings, ensuring all glass surfaces are streak-free and spotless.
• Utilize scissor lifts and other equipment safely and effectively to access high windows.
• Conduct thorough cleaning of window frames, sills, and surrounding areas as part of the cleaning process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal safety and the safety of others while working at heights.
• Communicate with clients regarding service expectations and address any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Experience

• Previous experience in custodial services or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with operating scissor lifts or similar equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adhere to company standards for cleanliness and safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends
• Weekends as needed
