Position Overview
Heiser has immediate openings for Service Advisors. We are looking for individuals who bring professionalism, strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to outstanding customer service. Successful candidates demonstrate a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Service Advisors serve as the primary point of contact for our guests and play a key role in ensuring a seamless service experience. This position includes administrative responsibilities, cost estimating, repair order preparation, and maintaining accurate documentation of labor and time.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests and initiate automotive service and repair processes
- Accurately identify vehicle performance concerns and service needs
- Contact assigned guests twice daily with status updates
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage
- Develop accurate estimates for recommended repairs
- Prepare and document repair orders
- Serve as the communication link between guests and Technicians
- Ensure Technicians understand customer needs and concerns
- Clearly explain recommended services and repair findings to guests
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid, clean Wisconsin driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Participation in E-Verify
