Overview of Position: Heiser has an immediate opening for an Office Supervisor. We are seeking a professional individual, preferably with clerical and cashiering experience, who demonstrates strong customer service skills, is detail-oriented, and is a self-starter and team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment. The Office Supervisor is responsible for cashiering, limited accounting, providing clerical office support, and directing customers to the appropriate departments.

Responsibilities: Hire, train, and supervise office staff. Report vehicles sold and perform other administrative sales functions. Prepare daily bank deposits and cash reports. Reconcile select accounts monthly. Provide clerical office support, including answering phones and handling other miscellaneous office duties. Direct customers to the appropriate departments. Perform cashiering duties. Perform limited accounting duties. Uphold a high level of professionalism in customer service and detail-oriented work. Complete additional office tasks as needed.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent At least 1 year of relevant cashiering experience balancing a cash drawer At least 1 year of relevant clerical experience answering a multi-line phone system Previous customer service experience preferred Valid and clean Wisconsin driver’s license Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced work environment We use E-Verify
