Join our team as a Part-Time Office Administrator!
We're searching for someone organized, approachable and dependable.

Work Schedule: 20 hours or less per week
Thursdays 3pm-830pm, Fridays 2pm-630pm AND every other Saturday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities
- Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system
- Have the ability to self-motivate in order to complete tasks based on level of urgency for the day
- Maintain assigned workflow and be willing to flex tasks as needed to meet speed of business requirements
- Have the ability to self-check for accuracy, problem solve both independently and as a team
- You will be expected to remain organized and focused in an office environment where there will be distractions
- Provide positive and welcoming customer service to guests and staff
- Experience with basic accounting entries preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive and Cloud is a plus
- Additional office tasks as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in cash handling and processing payments
- Alpha and numerical data entry, comparison and sorting
- Ability to learn new tasks, new software and process improvements
- Ability to work both as a team and independently
