Our team is hiring a Wireless Associate to represent AT&T and help customers find the right wireless products, services, and solutions for their needs. As a Wireless Associate, you’ll work directly with customers to answer questions, explain available wireless options, assist with account needs, and make sure each customer receives knowledgeable and friendly support. You’ll also learn how to confidently communicate product information, identify customer needs, and contribute to a successful team environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent AT&T in a professional and customer-focused manner
- Welcome customers and provide a positive in-person experience
- Learn and explain wireless products, services, and account options
- Assist with account updates, service questions, and product information
- Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and follow-through
- Work alongside the team to support daily goals and store operations
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous wireless or retail experience is helpful, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and confident personality
- Comfortable learning new technology and product information
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
