What are the responsibilities and job description for the Holiday Order Fulfillment Associate position at Heirloom Art Co.?
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically active Fulfillment Associate to join us. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for staging, picking, packaging, and labeling our customers orders for shipping. This will be a seasonal job which will last from October-December with potential to extend. Our ideal candidate would be able to work reliably between the hours of 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday.
Pay: $13/hr
Hours: Range between 20-35 hours depending on how busy we are.
Starting from October 12th through December 31st.
Duties:
- Learn our shopify system to print orders and shipping labels.
- Pick and package orders accurately and efficiently, helping us catch mistakes before packages ship out.
- Stock and organize shelving
- Break down boxes and take out trash
- Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet our standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other warehouse staff to meet daily productivity and efficiency goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Skills:
- Experience in packaging.
- Strong ability to learn a Shopify system.
- Ability to lift objects 50 lbs or lighter.
- Proficiency in order picking.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for the duration of a shift.
