Job Title: Construction Laborer
Location: Deer Creek, MN (travel required within ~70-mile radius)
Job Overview:
We are a small, locally owned construction company based in rural Minnesota, looking to add a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to our growing team. This position involves a variety of hands-on tasks at residential and light commercial construction sites within approximately a 70-mile radius of Deer Creek.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and general site organization
- Perform physical labor such as lifting, carrying materials, and digging
- Operate hand and power tools safely (training provided if needed)
- Follow instructions and safety guidelines to ensure a secure work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople and team members to complete tasks on time
- Report any safety concerns, incidents, or equipment issues to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to travel independently to various job sites (within approx. 70 miles of Deer Creek)
- Willingness and ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward teamwork and safety
- Prior construction or labor experience is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate
