This is a place for you to create your career and make a difference! The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking Production Team Members to work at our facility in Muscatine, IA. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated and be willing to work in a team orientated, fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Must learn the safe and proper operation of equipment. Perform set-up, start-up and changeover procedures for the equipment as needed. Assist in troubleshooting issues with line performance as it relates to equipment operation. Maintain downtime records during line operation. Responsible for conducting and documenting quality checks. Responsible for monitoring and communicating any process or product abnormalities to your Supervisor or Lead. Perform sanitation duties on production equipment as needed. Proper handling and usage of chemicals. Must have the ability to follow written instructions and manuals. Must handle Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s). Support Plant Quality Systems. Responsible to follow FSQ requirements such as GMP’s and other daily/job specific duties to support QRMP.
