PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR/RECEPTIONIST

ABOUT THE JOB:
The successful candidate will be meeting and greeting patients with a smile, positive attitude and confident demeanor. The Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist also needs to effectively and efficiently schedule appointments, call patients to confirm appointments, greet and check in patients upon arrival to the office, check patients out, make referral appointments, and make sure patients are in and out of the office in a timely manner while staying upbeat and working as a team with coworkers. Other key functions are being able to verify insurance benefits, handle payments, and manage mail. (Did we mention a positive outlook is needed for this position?)
