Would you like to gain experience in the electrical field that leads to great pay, consistent work, and full-time career opportunities? We are currently seeking Electrical Apprentices to join our Kansas DOL Approved Registered Apprenticeship Program.
This position is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in the electrical trade. No prior electrical experience is required. We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals ready to learn and grow within our company.

Position Overview
As an Electrical Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced electricians on commercial job sites while participating in structured classroom instruction. This program combines paid on-the-job training with related technical coursework to prepare you for a successful and rewarding career in the electrical industry.
This is an hourly-paid position receiving on-the-job training. Apprentices are required to attend classroom instruction as part of the program.
What You Will Do
- Assist licensed electricians with installation of electrical systems and components
- Measure, cut, bend, and install conduit
- Pull wire and assist with terminations
- Install lighting, switches, receptacles, and other electrical devices
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and job site requirements
- Attend required apprenticeship classes and complete coursework
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Willingness to learn and follow direction
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
No prior experience is required — we will train the right candidate.
Physical Requirements
Applicants must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, including:
- Climbing ladders and working at heights
- Standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods
