Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory planning, transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and stock optimization
- Communicate with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments to ensure efficient operations
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, shipping documentation, inventory reports, freight records, and operational dashboards
- Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory management
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics, transportation costs, and inventory trends to recommend process improvements
- Maintain accurate information within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Assist with supplier relationship management, procurement activities, and vendor performance evaluations
- Investigate shipment discrepancies, inventory variances, and operational issues while coordinating corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, quality standards, and supply chain best practices
Requirements
- Previous experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, transportation, warehouse operations, or inventory control preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or similar enterprise platforms
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and inventory management software
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or advanced Excel reporting is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies
- APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD) are highly desirable
