Heimar Builders is seeking an experienced Drywall Hanger to join our team. We work on a variety of residential and commercial projects throughout Western New York, focusing on quality craftsmanship and efficient production.
Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets on walls and ceilings
- Frame, back, and prep areas for board installation as needed
- Work safely and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Coordinate with project managers and finishers to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- 3 years of drywall hanging or carpentry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of layout, fastening patterns, and framing coordination
- Ability to lift and handle full sheets safely
- Reliable transportation and hand tools required
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience, with opportunities for advancement and steady, year-round work.
