At TrekConnect, a division of Heilind Mil-Aero, we manufacture mission-critical cable and harness assemblies used in aerospace, defense, and advanced technology systems. As a Cable Assembler, you'll put your hands-on skills to work building high-reliability products that make a difference.
If you enjoy hands-on technical work - reading drawings, working with tools, and assembling components with accuracy and pride - this is a place where your craftsmanship is valued and developed.
What You'll Do
* Assemble complex cable and wire harnesses using crimping, soldering, stripping, and terminating techniques.
* Follow engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions to ensure every assembly meets quality standards.
* Perform continuity and functional testing using cable testers and other verification tools.
* Inspect your own work for accuracy, consistency, and reliability before release.
* Collaborate with quality and production teams to identify and correct assembly or wiring issues.
* Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all TrekConnect Quality Management System procedures.
* Participate in continuous improvement and cross-training to expand your technical skills.
