We're building our Field Marketing team and looking for outgoing, motivated people who want to strengthen their communication skills, gain sales experience, and make great money in fewer hours.
This is a community-focused, people-first role. You'll work outdoors, connect with homeowners, build relationships, and schedule estimates. No marketing experience? No problem. We provide full training and coaching to help you succeed.
- Earn an average of $30-$50 per hour with a $15/hour base plus commission and bonuses
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
* Part-time team members must commit to working at least 20 hours per week in the field - Mileage is reimbursed

What You'll Do
- Connect with homeowners through neighborhood outreach and community events
- Build relationships and schedule estimates for our sales team
- Learn proven marketing and sales techniques through hands-on coaching

What You Need
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- A positive, outgoing personality and an interest in meeting new people
- Strong communication skills and comfort using basic technology
- Energy and ability to remain active and work outdoors
- Weekday availability with occasional weekend availability
