Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager based in Skokie, IL, with some flexibility for remote work. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Commercial Lines Coverage and knowledge of industry practices
- Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Service to effectively build and maintain client relationships
- Experience and knowledge in Insurance-related processes and solutions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with insurance management software or CRM systems is a plus
- Relevant certifications or a background in insurance management are advantageous
