- Licensure: Valid state Esthetician license and liability insurance.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a practicing esthetician, with demonstrated expertise in delivering high-end skincare services.

- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to drive retail sales and rebooking through consultative selling and guest education.
- Professionalism: Polished presentation, mature temperament, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate guest needs.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in advanced skincare techniques and a passion for staying current with industry trends and protocols.
- Experience with luxury spa or wellness brands, ideally with familiarity in Skin Authority or similar high-end product lines.
- Certification in advanced treatments such as chemical peels or microcurrent therapies.
