This role focuses on front desk performance, membership sales, and consistent skincare service delivery aligned with the standards of Massage Heights | Heights Wellness Retreat.
We’re seeking a candidate with an active Esthetician license, a strong background in membership sales, and ideally, experience in massage therapy (even if no longer licensed). You’ll coach teams to elevate service and drive results.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training for sales and operations teams.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify learning opportunities.
- Measure training effectiveness via feedback and performance data.
- Partner with leadership to align training with business goals.
- Create instructional materials and resources for ongoing learning.
- Lead workshops and seminars to promote best practices.
- Offer coaching and support to teams post-training.
- Stay current on industry trends to enhance training impact.
- Active Esthetician License (Required)
- Massage Therapy experience (license not required)
- 3 years in esthetics, membership sales, front desk ops, or spa/retail training
- Ability to travel as required up to 75% of the time
- Franchising or operations support experience a plus
- Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and communication
- Experience training teams in guest service, sales, and operations
- Strong knowledge of skincare protocols and product positioning
- Highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, and virtual training tools
- Instructional design and performance analysis skills
- Passion for training and fostering a positive learning environment
- Experience in wellness or service industry a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
