Heights Care & Rehab is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our day shift team.

Our day shift nurses play a critical role in ensuring residents receive exceptional care, remain safe and comfortable, and have a positive, well-coordinated day.

• Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight during the day shift

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

• Assess residents and promptly identify changes in condition

• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure outstanding resident care

• Coordinate care and communicate important updates throughout the day

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Help create a safe, positive, and compassionate environment for residents and staff

• Support a smooth transition of care between shifts

• Active Colorado LPN License

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Dependable, organized, and resident-focused

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred but not required

• Competitive pay: $36–$43 per hour

• 12-hour day shifts: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

We are currently hiring for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Day Shifts, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Applicants may choose a schedule that fits their needs, with opportunities for additional shifts and overtime available.
