Then Heidi's GrowHaus and Lifestyle Gardens is searching for you to join our leadership team as
one of our Account and Design Managers!
The Account and Design Manager is responsible for all garden and landscape designs and
account management for a select number of our fine gardening clients. Works closely with
Operations Manager and fine gardening crews to ensure delighted clients and beautiful
gardens. Shares in the vision to create pollinator-friendly habitat and embraces sustainable
gardening practices. Primary duties are client communications, strategic design, collaboration
with installation team, administrative functions and field support.
Leadership
Participates in leadership decision making processes and helps define future strategy for
the fine gardening division
Leads by example, invests in training and ensures team member development
Utilizes and analyzes data to support decision making
Communicates clearly, provides ongoing feedback and creates a positive work
environment
Inspires and supports Crew Leads and the entire fine gardening team
Garden/Landscape Designs
Uses creative elements and natural beauty to produce harmonious, aesthetically-
pleasing and sustainable landscape/garden designs
Key considerations for design are client’s expectations, functionality, ecological impact
and profitability
Work with clients to turn garden dreams into reality
Communicate with contractors and other vendor partners
Software-savvy with experience using Dynascape for designs and other tools
Account Management
Works to be the brand ambassador for Heidi’s Lifestyle Gardens and is committed to
“wowing” all clients
Partners with clients to create beautiful gardens filled with year-round color and
interest
Ensures internal processes and systems enhances the client experience
First point of contact for clients - responds quickly to client requests
Qualifications
2 years of landscape design and account management or other relevant experience
Horticulture knowledge
Degree or AAS degree in Horticulture/Landscape Design
Extensive knowledge of woody, herbaceous perennial and annual plants
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at
all levels of the organization
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to
detail
Previous estimating experience
Google and Dynascape experience preferred with the ability to adapt to new
technologies
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Valid driver’s license
