We’re looking for dependable, energetic helpers who are comfortable with computers, work quickly and accurately, and can help keep our Santa photography operation running smoothly.
SCHEDULE
Through December 13:Thursday–Sunday | 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
December 14–23:
Daily | 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
Christmas Eve – December 24:
9:00 AM–3:00 PM
A set schedule will be provided during on boarding.
Lunch: Approximately 2:00–3:00 PM when scheduled for a full day.
Because this is a short and very busy holiday season, applicants must be dependable and flexible with scheduling.
ABOUT THE POSITION
This is not a photography position and requires very little direct interaction with guests.
Your primary responsibility will be working behind the scenes to keep our photography system moving quickly and accurately.
You will:
- Load guest email/contact information into our online gallery system
- Upload photographs to the correct online galleries
- Send gallery information to guests by text
- Create and complete visit tickets
- Verify guest information for accuracy
- Work quickly on a computer in a high-volume environment
- Help get children's attention and smiles when needed
- Assist the manager and photography team with keeping everything organized
- Keep the work area clean and orderly
No photography experience is required.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable and efficient using a computer
- Able to learn web-based software quickly
- Fast and accurate when entering names, emails, and phone numbers
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to multitask in a busy environment
- Friendly and professional
- Patient around children and families
- Comfortable working at a fast pace
- Available for scheduled shifts throughout the holiday season
- Able to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation

COMPENSATION
This is a seasonal independent contractor position.
You are paid the following day for each day worked.
A completed W-9 is required before beginning work, and a 1099 will be issued when applicable.
IMPORTANT
The Santa House is a high-volume holiday photography operation. Some days are extremely busy. We need people who can stay focused, work quickly, follow directions, and show up when scheduled.
