We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Regional Sales Representative in Fremont, California or surrounding areas.
YOUR VALUE:
Facilitate and support outside sales activities within assigned territory. Work to maximize revenue and profit growth while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and working closely with assigned Key Account Manager. We are seeking a proactive and reliable sales professional who will engage with customers and identify sales opportunities, as well as address business-related issues and help achieve significant growth in market share. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of applications, which benefit from our broad and unique product portfolio, with a supportive, close knit and driven sales team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Visit customers to continue established trusted relationships
- Develop positive customer communication for both day-to-day and long-term business by providing technical assistance
- Lead development, qualification, and pipeline conversations
- Prospect new leads and source new sales opportunities
- Attend and support trade shows, open houses, training events, and sales meetings
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates degree in technical discipline is preferred
- 3 years’ experience or training in one of the following related fields, Automation, Machine Tool, Electronic
- Advanced problem solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience taking proactive action to resolve hurdles and align internal resources which meet customer needs.
- Up to 50% of travel time
