Heidell, Pittoni, Murphy & Bach, LLP., with offices in Manhattan, Garden City, White Plains, Albany and Shelton, Connecticut, is seeking an attorney with 0-2 years of experience to work in the Shelton office. This position will primarily involve the defense of medical malpractice cases.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with the best trial attorneys in the field from inception to trial with the potential to second-seat trials;
- Drafting and responding to discovery demands;
- Appearing for court conferences and oral argument on motions;
- Conducting depositions;
- Meeting with expert witnesses;
- Counseling clients on case developments and drafting status reports; and
- Writing motions on a variety of complex legal and medical issues.
Requirements:
- Must be admitted in Connecticut;
- Strong research skills; and
- Strong writing skills.
