What You'll Be Doing
- Operate a water truck to control dust and maintain safe haul roads and work areas
- Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is safe and functional
- Coordinate with plant and pit personnel to support daily production activities
- Maintain accurate records and report equipment or safety concerns promptly
- Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures at the aggregate plant

- Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an aggregate or industrial environment
- Strong focus on safety, compliance, and situational awareness
- Capability to perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Dependable, adaptable, and able to work varying schedules as required
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
What We Offer
- $26.70 per hour plus an additional $0.50 per hour underground rate
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)
