What You'll Be Doing Perform quality control testing on ready mix concrete, aggregates, and related materials to ensure compliance with specifications. Collect, document, and maintain accurate test results and quality records. Monitor production processes and communicate quality concerns to operations teams. Assist in troubleshooting product performance issues and recommend corrective actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives that promote quality, safety, and operational excellence. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to perform material testing, analysis, and quality evaluations accurately. Knowledge of concrete, aggregate, construction materials, or related manufacturing processes. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with plant personnel, customers, and project teams. Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment Work is performed in both laboratory and outdoor plant environments. Regular exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment. May require standing, walking, lifting, and performing physical testing activities throughout the workday. Travel between plants, job sites, and customer locations may be required.
