What You'll Be Doing
Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently to transport materials across the site
Perform pre- and post-shift inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition
Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and team members to coordinate operations
Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure safe navigation in high-traffic and active work areas
Follow all safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times

Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and responsibly in an industrial setting
Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and collaborate with a team
Effective communication skills and situational awareness in dynamic environments
Capability to perform routine equipment checks and identify potential maintenance needs
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
