What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily operations of the aggregates plant to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity.
- Supervise and develop plant personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and quality standards.
