What You'll Be Doing
- Accurately input and code prevailing wage hours into payroll systems.
- Prepare and submit certified payroll reports in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with sales to anticipate prevailing wage job needs.
- Respond to emails regarding certified payrolls.
- Support payroll team operations and assist with special projects.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and wage calculations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll systems; Kronos experience a plus.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and collaboration in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
