What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production and safety compliance
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment performance
- Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement and operational goals

Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Capable of standing, walking, climbing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- Manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate equipment and perform inspections
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by site safety standards
