What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate daily operations of the sand and gravel plant during evening shift
- Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure efficiency and safety
- Train, guide, and support plant personnel to meet performance goals
- Perform routine inspections and assist with maintenance planning
- Promote and enforce safety, environmental, and company policies

Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands of the Job
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
- Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Visual and auditory ability to identify hazards and communicate clearly in a noisy environment
- Capability to work at heights and in confined spaces as needed
- Endurance to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
