What You'll Be Doing
- Operate a front-end loader to feed the plant and load trucks safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Monitor material quality and communicate with team members to ensure production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
- Assist with other quarry operations as needed

- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment
- Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognition
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands of the Job
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift
- Manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
- Must be able to work in uneven terrain and confined spaces
- Tolerance for exposure to dust, vibration, and other typical quarry conditions
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods
