What You'll Be Doing
- Operate dozer equipment to move earth, rock, and other materials efficiently and safely
- Maintain equipment through routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with site team to ensure safe and productive operations
- Follow site plans and supervisor instructions to meet production goals
- Identify and report equipment or safety issues promptly

- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment
- Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognition
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team setting
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Commitment to reliability, punctuality, and continuous improvement
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with company safety standards
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
