What You'll Be Doing
Administer and coordinate HR programs and initiatives.
Support recruitment processes and onboarding activities.
Assist in employee relations and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Facilitate training and development programs.
What Are We Looking For
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Human Resources is required, preferably in a large scale manufacturing setting
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field is strongly preferred
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment
The position will be in an office type environment.
The position will require travel to plant sites, which will entail donning appropriate PPE.
